They work only if you are a true superstar and a player that the fans pay to see. I'm old - so I remember Emmett Smith holding out one year in Dallas, and they lost their first two games, and then Dallas quickly got him signed. Nobody pays to see Reddick, he's not being missed.

Those people, have to stop acting like those people in the business world and act like normal people. Like MJ who realized he couldn't act like a typical you know what and acted instead like a normal person and as a result, his business sense is sharp. Not like those typical people who like Allen Iverson, somehow some way squandered $100 million dollars or that real typical one MC Hammer. Sheesh....those people.
