I don't know how many here regularly watch financial networks like CNBC, Bloomberg or Schwab, but for active investors, that's usually what's on the screen.

As a retired financial advisor (I sold my practice on Halloween, 2022), I watch all their "experts" come on and talk about their views and predictions. I've seen a zillion YouTube videos with these "experts" (from 18 to 80) make their predictions. Ha ha.

If you're a fellow active investor, here's my free advice: These "experts" can't tell you what's going to happen in markets any more accurately than your MOTHER can. As this guy says in the video, they're basically just flipping a coin.

Even the world's top investors, like Minervini and Quallamaggie, are only "right" on a stock about 35% to 45% of the time. For all their freakin' complicated analysis, that's it. They just know how to manage risk by identifying volatility, applying tight stops on the downside, letting their winners run, and scaling up.

If you're an active investor, WATCH THIS. This guy is great. He loves those trees.

/—-/ I never let anyone manage my money. And I have always followed that investment strategy. I use options to produce income without touching my principal, and recoup losses. I reinvest dividends to grow my portfolio.

My money is managed by a very trusted broker who is a family friend, who worships the same God I do.

They've always just been bookies and touts, but some are indeed better than others in their averages, and some will admit they've been wrong. I like Larry Williams, personally, and if I ever get back into options and futures I will probably use his rules and techniques, with fudges of my own. I was averaging 57% end of year following him back in the 1990's. Average length holding on to a position was around 4 days. Gold is high, even with the small drop, so I may go active again; not much going on in Vegas Poker any more; Mexicans and Asians moved on to other games and even overseas casinos.
