Which programs to cut??? is this really the question?
If we want smaller government we have to lay off government employees. It's that simple. Cutting programs does nothing, because the buracracy still exists. We need to eliminate whole government agencies programs and all.
It would probably be easier to decide which departments instead of which programs should be cut. If the department is cut it would stand to reason the programs would be cut also.
I hear the Tea Party people shout and yell about smaller government yet they name no departments that should be cut except the departmnet of education. This department is easy for them to cut because they want to indoctrinate all children into christianity, and they can only do that if that department vanishes.
