Guys it was a joke about the welfare. Although my family used to have a mom and pop grocery and you keep 25 cent candies in stock so the drunks come and buy 1 with a 1 dollar food stamp and get the 75 cents back. They do this 3 or 4 times at various stores then come back and buy a 40oz with their pooled change.
