Many wonder if U.S. President Donald Trump has what it takes to be a celebrated 'capitalism diplomat' and if he truly is as shrewd financially as people claim he is in terms of macro-management and society-coordinated imagination.

Every chess fan knows of the greatness and giftedness of American chess-champion Bobby Fischer, an eccentric genius who changed the way the world looked at competitive intrigue in international chess.

So how would Trump stand against a 'micro-tactician' such as Fischer, and what should we take from a hypothetical discussion between the two (one is deceased) about 'consumerism imagination'?

====

TRUMP: American kids love video games!
FISCHER: Microsoft has done very well with Xbox...
TRUMP: Television ads glorify recreational gameplay and market offerings.
FISCHER: There are tons of ads even on Facebook!
TRUMP: I wonder where all this 'consumerism glitter' will take us...
FISCHER: America might become a giant carnival for corn-dogs.
TRUMP: To compete with the European Union, Wall Street must sound 'political.'
FISCHER: American consumers have to be wary about becoming 'mindless investors.'
TRUMP: How would you rate the 'American audience'?
FISCHER: I'd say we Americans have patience with education but very little with psychiatry.
TRUMP: Americans feel offended when 'taught' about consumerism.
FISCHER: Americans respect free-choice in shopping habits (e.g., eBay).
TRUMP: I'd rather be a politician than a public-relations specialist...
FISCHER: Discriminating between the two seems to be the stuff of new age Orwellianism.

Honestly, I think the posts are refreshing in that they are different, indeed, very different. Not really my cup of tea really as I try to stock to the logical, but I do click them once in awhile as I did now because I was into chess as a kid and read a great deal about Bobby Fischer as he took on Kasparov.

I think an ending sentence such as "the morrow of the story is..." would be helpful for those with slower, less creative minds like myself. I will say this, he/she has one creative imagination, I just can't read through alot of it as I am often confused about the message when there is one.

Hey to each their own, it takes all kinds to make the world go around. At the very least it's a break from the monotony.

Dystopian Draw

Here's a mock dialogue between Charlemagne (conquering figurehead of Medieval times) and Tony Blair (progressive British politician of the modern-era) about commerce-gauged 'erudition.' I'm only suggesting that political cartoons make us feel no less intelligent in this new age of media-whitewashed 'sociological slang.'

====

CHARLEMAGNE: You can't wed governance with news-reporting!
BLAIR: I disagree, sir, for you will find that socialization activities can be commercially profitable.
CHARLEMAGNE: Are you suggesting we 'nationalize' National Geographic?
BLAIR: I'm simply suggesting that marketing interests draw us towards the 'mega-trends.'
CHARLEMAGNE: You'll never unite Jews with Muslims...
BLAIR: There are great 'schisms' --- e.g., Britain-Ireland, Sunni-Shia, Israel-Palestine, North-South Korea.
CHARLEMAGNE: Proper journalism is required and there should be journalism-evaluation boards.
BLAIR: There are populism and liberal-minded modern-day news companies/stations such as BBC and CNN!
CHARLEMAGNE: Be careful not to confuse dissemination/advertising with industrialization...
BLAIR: Word-of-mouth will always be a vital 'face' of civilization contracts!
CHARLEMAGNE: Perhaps you're accurate (and sensitive), but can we coordinate 'media' with 'propaganda'?
BLAIR: Only fascist states attempt that and pseudo-Utopian theories merely hint at the reality of escapism.
CHARLEMAGNE: I continue to be intrigued by 'eBay seller-ratings.'
BLAIR: Kids love Mortal Kombat video-games, Facebook, and NatGeo.com!
