I live in a good neighborhood. Oakland County is probably the richest county in Michigan. The funny thing is, we also pay taxes and can get into parks for free. They changed it recently. Before I had to pay $60 for a year pass to get into this dog park. I guess we voted and now it's free to get into the park. Too bad for people who don't use the park but it saved me $59.90. I'm sure it was only 10 cents in taxes for each person to make the park free.
