At no point does one's right to protest supersede another person's ability to exercise their constitutionally protected right to worship freely.

Rights are not that confusing, and the worshipers have rights, as well as the protestors.
That's why they included places of worship and not just abortion clinics in the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.

One Right does not "overrule" the other.
