JFK and Carter used it in Latin America as well as Taft. Madison used it in the run-up to War of 1812. Trump did nothing wrong or extraordinary if he did withhold aid to Ukraine. Biden is not and never will be Democrats nominee because he is an old senile liberal that doesn’t know where he’s at most of the time.
