More woulda, COULDA, shoulda panic porn. I have been involved with VA health care for over 20 years and the only times I've had problems have been during democrat admins. The worst service of all during the Biden years. The online system that they force on users is atrocious. I have spent no less than 30 hours all told during the past admin with tech personnel trying to get things ironed out. I made the remark to one of the techs that it seemed that they were trying to discourage use and the tech agreed. Doesn't say much for the admin. The system is screwed and needs some tweaking.

What a stupid statement and an outright lie. Go away. I have good and bad service from both parties. I had no problem with Biden. Bush's people took care of an appeal with a phone call. My comment was, "I had a good day on the day of the review." The appeal was reversed. All of the Obama years were decent. Stop being a stink wad.

I've experienced these ebbs and flows over the years and by far, there are more problems with the VA under democrats and Biden wins the prize for making things more difficult. Try to explain why the travel reimbursement process went from a simple scan of the VHID card and signature on the day of the appointment to something you have to do at home after logging in with whatever flavor of the month login that they happen to want on that particular day only to be forwarded through 3-4 different portals and websites to your final destination. After all that, you find out in four weeks or so that your payment hasn't cleared yet because you missed the hidden button. When it is finally paid, there is no notice to let you know that you can update your balance. Yeah, you can thank Joe for all of that. Get off of your partisan hobby horse and open your eyes to reality.
