This ensures that Trump must maintain tariffs, there is no way around it. Prior administrations have spent your nation to that point. He can't cut taxes AND not have tariffs when you have $3T+ in debt and savings of $155B have been found. At least $1T is needed, much more would be ideal and ultimately necessary.
