No decrease in spending. This program does not even exist. THe bill creating it was passed by the House in September and has been sitting on Schumer's desk ever since.

I could care less if you are wealthy or not. But if you are wealthy, maybe instead of coming on here hounding us, you should go spread some of your wealth around to poorer folks. Just think; you could then pat yourself squarely on the back for a job well done, along with putting your money where your mouth is.

oh i like this description. Dems putting cancer research for kids into a bill that they need passed ....amounts to using children as human shields against repunks and the American people. Americans aren't so hard hearted that they'd deny cancer research for kids no matter how poorly the research is conducted.
