When you are up talking about a pack of 7 to 9 dogs, breed is irrelevant.
Irrelevant?

O.k., then, I'll tell you what. Next time we are walking down the street together and we are menaced by a pack of 9 dachshunds and 9 pit bulls, I'll take on the wiener dogs, K?

You grossly underestimate the evil of a pack of wiener dogs.

All said, the situation (from what the article said) is deplorable with multiple failures at every level. :(

I am most relieved that we have our contingency plan in place.

Meet Killer. I think dogs are becoming America's #1 domestic terror threat and we may soon have to put them all down for the sake of our survival! :smoke:

Oh no, that's not what that kinda hot older woman had. It was Miniature Pinschers. 9 of 'em, and they were a vicious pack in their own fenced in city lot yard. Oh man, wild dogs are a problem.
Dachshunds are mean snippy dogs, too.
But one time I was out in the woods with my pitbull and this big black hound friend he used to bust out to come runnin' with us. So, we didn't even get started..and here comes this pack of 11 wild dogs to the south. They didn't see us and I got down and made the boys get down and low and sat real still. I counted as they rolled by; There was 11 of them. I was scared!
I had a gun with me with more than 11 bullets, but 2 dogs to watch out for, they had 4 dogs bigger than them, and 7 others in tow as well.
I turned around and had my dog put his buddy back and went home that day.
Someday that pack of dogs will get ahold of a small child or a baby. The land is so wild it would no easy feat to exterminate them. I could do it, but I bet those in charge of that land haven't yet and may not even know about the problem.

Look at how the dogs are treated and you'll be getting a good indication of the people you'll be dealing with.

That has always turned out to be quite true.
