Both of the later, if not all three cases, reflect a stunning inability to come out of one's self. She really may be a psychopath. It really is seriously scary. And maybe it is a North Carolina thing, but it is pretty simple, Tillis even mentioned it. Said he trained dogs. The thing is, Noem's admission of shooting that dog, and then going so far as to explain it as a demonstration of leadership. And it is, of her leadership, and it is not a positive reflection. If you can't lead a pack of dogs how the hell can you lead a group of people?
