This is a valid question given that trump and his supporters claim he was elected to deport people, and that judges who rule against him are wrong because the people elected trump. They have gone so far as to call judges communists simply for ruling against trump.
Does trump's election override the constitution and the courts?

Obama isn't president anymore so we don't need to worry about it.

Yeah, don't know anyone, other than you idiots, making that claim. The issue is whether District Judges should be meddling with federal policies.

Straw man argument.

President Trump is upholding and enforcing the EXISTING law.

There's nothing illegal or unconstitutional about what he's doing.

Whereas some of these idiot judges don't even know the law. Like the moron that "ordered" 21 days notice when the US Code specifically says 10. And that's only if they've never been notified before. A deportation order is adequate notification, according to the law.

It's always the same bullshit from you leftards. You're not happy with the law. Well guess what, don't complain to me, and don't complain to the judge. Go complain to your Congress critters, they're the only ones who can change the law

Is this a trick question? Democrats seem to think it does. A CNN poll after last election showed that out of the voters whose number one reason for voting was to save democracy, 58% of those voters voted for Trump because democrats have been taking democracy away and not following the Constitution.

No. Every president wins an election. That does not give them the right to pick and choose what laws they want to follow or just ignore ones they don't like.

Even if he had really won in this "landslide" these tRumpling idiots are always talking about he still could not do that legally.

Where doe the constitution stand on that. Quote where in the constitution backs up your claim, or accepted precedent.

Please note the law that supports your claim.

Doesn't matter how many voted for who. What do the laws and our constitution say that supports your remark.

The answer to your question is easy. If a MAGA wins, the Constitution can be thrown in the trash heap. If a Democrat wins, the Constitution came from the Almighty himself.

Does hatred for President Trump override the Constitution? People who enter the U.S. illegally do not enjoy protection from the Constitution. When would due process click in? When the hoard crosses the middle of the Rio Grande river?

Our country is based on the constitution. It is sacrosanct regardless of who wins an election. I share your fear that MAGA will do away with much of our constitution if allowed.

The courts, based on their interpretation of the constitution disagree with you. The constitution assigns interpretation to the courts.
