Does this sounds like something a king would do?

You better restart that translator, Stanny boy, it ain't doin' so hot.
It's this ******* spell check and / or auto correct on this phone. It changes my words. If I do not take the time or do not have the time to recheck everything before I send it out this shit happens. No translator thing needed. I only speak English. Hate this spell check and auto correct don't know how to shut it off.

Biden has brain damage from a stroke and vascular dementia that causes him tp confabulate words into gibberish

I noted that while he was still in office he had issues. I condemned "we beat Medicare" the moment it happened.

Covfefe.

I really don't know how you both came up with those conclusions. No one is more controlling than MAGAs. They want to control everyone. Democrats want everyone to be free , not persecuted and penalized like they are with trump.

This MF'er lives in the most bizarre part of bizarro world.

Oct 26, 2024 — He controls 1.4 billion people with an iron fist. I mean, he's a brilliant guy, whether you like it or not. And they go crazy.”

Kings don't consider anyone to be their equal.who keeps saying they're smarter than anyone else , who has dated to co.pate themselves to Jesus Christ , who says they're smarter than all the generals , who acts like a wanna dictator , and who has issued more executive orders than any other president in recent history. Hint : it wasn't Biden.
Many of those EO's were issued to reverse the prior EO's of King Joe.

Don't be obtuse. Amending the constitution by presidential statement is something a king would do.
And did he do that? I didn't know a statement by the President amends the constitution?

Does this statement for instance suspend the constitution?

Does this one end birthright citizenship

Ole’ Stumblebum certainly acted like a wannabe king when he decided to dump $Billions of student debt on the public despite being told by the USSC he had no authority to do so.
Or trying to get 80 million Americans fired from their jobs for refusing to get a Covid vaccination? Very kingly.

On January 17, 2025, three days before leaving office, President Joe Biden issued a statement "affirming" the Equal Rights Amendment as "the law of the land." Despite having zero authority to do so.

The president has no official role in the amendment process.

So..., was Joe Biden acting like a king?

Did he profit from it? Was it aimed against his political opponents? He it give him powers his predecessors didn't have?
Was Biden acting like a king? No.

The fact that the equal rights amendment is the law of the land is because the constitution says that when an amendment is ratified ny 2/3 of the states it.is added to the constitution, not because Biden issued a statement, a statement, by the way, is not how autorithy by POTUS is exercised. So your question actually is.

Is a president allowed to recite the constitution and is doing so "acting like a king."

I think even someone like you knows the answer to that.

But hey nice try to distract from the behavior of the current occupant of the WH. Who's doing a whole lot more than "making statement"
In fact the ERA is NOT the law of the land. This is not an opinion. You can argue it should be, but to claim that it already is is to deny reality - or behave like a king of you are the president.

It was Biden acting like an idiot, which is his natural state.

King Joe tried to use the federal government to imprison the leading opposition candidate in the lead-up to the 2024 election. Very kingly

I do argue it is the law of the land the moment it was ratified by Nevada. So does Biden and actual legal scholars.

Regardless, a statement by Biden doesn't make it anything. Nor is the making of the statement an act by a king.

As I showed Trump has made a bunchn of statements about what he thinks the Constitution says or should say, including the wish to suspend the document altogheter. Statements that have a hell of a lot less legal backing. None of those statements made them law. He has made a hell of a lot of EO that even this SCOTUS have deemed unconstitional. And he and his cronies have defied court orders hundreds of times.

Those are the actions of a would be king. Not a statement that a ratified Constitutional amendment that enshrines the basic concept of not discriminating against people as a Comstitional.right is the law of the land or not.

Well....To be fair.....Biden just wasn't even there, his auto-pen did everything. Pretty convenient, the country goes to Hell in a handbasket and viola.....No one to blame.

Kings take on temporary rule of a nation. Typically they inherit their tenure which is typically their life span. There is no comparison between a term limited POTUS and a King or Queen. You're trying (like the good little Marxie you are) to make words mean things they have never meant before thereby, sewing confusion, just like your commie heroes, Stalin, Mao, Castro, etc.
I never said Biden was an actual king. Only that trying to affirm an amendment into fact was something a king might do.
