So basically we are being asked to believe one of two entirely different narratives?
And what an we possible learn from this other than some will believe the GOP narrative and some will believe the Government's narrative?
This serves no purpose at all other to givepartians the opportunity to ***** at each other.
NOT one of us is in a postion to KNOW the truth.
Actually, we do.
We know from internal Gibson emails from 2009 that they knowingly bought grey market wood from someone known to get their local government paperwork by bribery. And we know that the 2011 wood was mislabeled and had incorrect tariff codes which is what triggered the seizure. Gibson does not deny the wood was mislabeled and had the incorrect tariff codes. They claim it was an innocent mistake, but why shouldn't the wood be seized and held until a past offender proves the mistakes were innocent and corrects them?????
I haven't SEEN those emails, have you?
We are ALL depending on reports, and those reports are not telling us the same story.
So how do YOU OR I actually know what
the truth of the matter is?
WE don't.
We trust the reports that most jibe with our POV about this world.
