I live somewhere in rural Austria European Union
I studied law in Linz JKU. In Linz it was a Magister studies, not bachelors and masters yet then, it was magister and doctoriat studies. It was modelled in two parts, first part and second part. I finished the first part, and a bit from the second part, but i hvae some "university credentials or credits" a paper that i finished the first part. Does that account for something even if only symbolic that im have some education in that regard?+

Or because i didnt graduate, and finished my studies, it accounts for nothing?

Something about your claim seems "Odd".

In Austria, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Germany, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania and Slovakia, obtaining the Magister requires at least five years of study including coursework and a final thesis, similar to a Diplom degree. Magisters tend to be awarded in the humanities and the social sciences, while Diplomas dominate in the natural sciences and in engineering.

In Austria, universities have partitioned almost all their previous Magister programs into a three- or four-year Bachelor's and two-year Master's program, following the cycle structure of the Bologna Process.

With the best will in the world you have not reached those levels of attainment .
Although the Linz Kepler University is well accredited .

If you read what i wrote again, it doesnt seem odd, i never claimed that i attained magister, i said i dropped out and didnt finished.

No, dropping out of college without obtaining a degree is useless
