Legally, ,it is not a matter of justifies at all. A crime of passion is not treated like other crimes. To cheat on your spouse and get killed for it evokes no pity in most gentle sane folks.

There are cases where if the aggrieved spouse killed the cheater I would have to say " I cannot blame them"
Now, don't tell me I am saying it is right to kill your spouse. IT is wrong but in many cases totally understandable
