Turkey says Russia and Ukraine nearing agreement on 'critical' issues

Turkey's foreign minister said in an interview published on Sunday that Russia and Ukraine were nearing agreement on "critical" issues and he was hopeful for a ceasefire if the two sides did not backtrack from progress achieved so far.

It is believed by some that during the final months of his presidency, Woodrow Wilson suffered a stroke and his wife and his staff basically ran the country in his stead. Biden is still physically able to move, but obviously his mental condition is somewhat questionable. I wouldn't bet the farm that there aren't many unreported instances of his deteriorating mind, and I also would not doubt that he is probably not told of certain events cuz he cannot be trusted to deal with them rationally. IOW, they tell him what they want him to think rather than the whole truth. It may be that in some cases other people are making presidential decisions or will be in the future. And yet he's apparently running for a 2nd term.
