I have an old one but I am looking to upgrade. There are many but none are for sale.

I bought one years ago and I am looking to upgrade. I installed it on my computer. I could use it as much as I wanted or not at all without renting it every month.

I always liked Dreamweaver. I used it before to help design webpages.

Picking up a little HTML/ CSS/ XML/ JavaScript/ PHP/C# /Ruby/VBScript doesn't hurt either. It's not as hard as people think and you can get somewhat good at coding websites in actually a very short time.

You can buy Dreamweaver on Amazon.

Most software today is sold with a one year license which means you have to pay a fee yearly. There are some products that are still available with a perpetual license, however you should check to see if the product is still being supported.

Afinity (Serif) has a one time perpetual license, however, they cannot produce websites. I can do everything except what I want.
