Wealthy candidates seem to be out of touch with the greatest number of voters aka women and the middle class. So why do voters seem to vote for the largest spenders instead of candidates that cannot seem to match the big spenders.

If want term limits and reduced campaign spending why don't we voters take matters into our own hands? It is reasonable to believe that big spending candidates owe favors to their very large donors regardless of party affiliation.

Don't expect incumbents to vote themselves out of office. We the voters have the power at the ballot boxes. Let's take care of business.

Citizens United v. FEC, Cletus.

Corporations have First Amendment rights too. If you want to change that, you're going to have to go all the way back the the Supreme Court.

People really have to stop thinking that the government is there to protect us and make our lives better. The government does not work for us, it works for Big Money. People really have to stop listening to the same old propaganda to keep them believing the opposite of reality and start realizing that We The People lost control of our government centuries ago and we are never getting it back. Big Money owns our government and has since the first central bank.

So, you'd lost control of your government in 1825?

Seems careless.
