Other sausages: Cheddarwursts, brats, Italian, Polish. But plain hot dogs are kinda "mehh."

Not saying I wouldn't eat one though. Chicago style or covered in onions, relish, mustard, and ketchup are ok, as long as the bun doesn't turn to mush.

I also like Polish Kielbasa with homemade sauerkraut.

There's a wonderful sausage maker in Seattle called Uli's, and their uncured Kielbasa is impossible for me to resist!

There was place on Larkin Street in San Francisco that did the best dogs. Mustard, Onion and Dill Relish. Loved them. Costco phased out the Polish Dog which I really liked.
