Zone1 Do you eat an Easter lamb for Easter?

I didn’t realize that Christians ate lamb for Easter, but I’m now wondering if it’s related to the overlap with Passover.

On our Seder plate (ceremonial - we don’t eat it), we have a lamb shank to commemorate the lamb blood placed on the doors of Jews for Gd to “pass over”.
