This is where a lot of you get it wrong, says Doug Bell Sr. on Facebook.
"There is no constitutional right to protest." He says, there is no constitutional right that protects you.
What is your right is to peacefully assemble. That's it. No riots, no chaos, no burning things down, no intimidation, no blocking roads, screaming obscenities. You have the right to stand there. You have the right to hold a sign. You have a right to peacefully assemble. Quietly without trampling everyone else's rights. The moment it becomes loud, destructive, coercive or threatens, it stops being protected and it becomes lawlessness. He says he is glad to clear that up. I agree with him. Do you also agree?

Exactly. The 1A is a restriction on CONGRESS'S ability to restrict you freedom to assemble and protest, not anyone else's. They shall make no law abridging said right.

In a fascist state, you have no right to assemble. The police can come along and shoot or arrest you if so much as 3 or more of you gather together in a group.

Our bill of rights guarantees that you CAN assemble in a group, by any number, and protest! So long as it is done within limits: peacefully, without infringing upon others.

This does NOT include rioting, threatening, looting, turning cop cars over, blocking highways, taking over city blocks, invading churches and other private property, obstructing police operations, etc.

Democrats are in over their heads by three feet and the entire party should be arrested as seditionists.

Yes.

When people get upset about something, and take to the streets, I doubt that they care about what that worm said.
