No. It would be silly to take Trump literally 100% of the time. Trump is frivolous with his words, which makes it fun to listen to him speak, but you need an IQ above 80 to know what is literal and what is not. :dunno:

Trump's words "He (Biden) tried to raid my home and take me out with deadly force... BUT HE FAILED."
The FBI used the same instructions for raid on Pence and Biden's homes.

They learned the hard way it is best not to take Trump literally.

The Dems, many independents and many Republicans want to do everything they can to make sure Trump is not President.
But they want to do it through the ballot box.
Unlike Trump and MAGA lemmings, the anti-Trumper's are not going outside the system to override the vote of the people. If Trump wins, there will not be lies saying the election was rigged.

What they learned was, democrats will now weaponize the DOJ to lock up their opposition in order to score political points. They will be pardoned very soon by Trump.

It is part of the system. Trump was still President after the impeachments because he was not convicted.
No one rioted at the capitol.
