But that's just casual opining.

Hope it turns out for you. It's the right time of year for food like that, for sure.

As an aside, men are traditionally better cooks than women.

I keep Himalayan salt in my spices spot. Mainly because it's just so darned pretty.

LOL.....My daughter brought me some of that the last time she visited. I was like WTF, pink salt. Then I showed her the Kosher salt....She's "converted" to Jew salt now.

I did this 15cyears ago. It's terribly outdated now but **** I don't want to deal with it. Do it all day, don't want to do it at home...
