Dinesh D’Souza, Creator of ‘2000 Mules,’ Must Defend Film’s Election Denial Claims in Court

Now you’re grasping at straws.

You know that nothing in that link proves the tread title. The thread title is about election denial, while the article is about the one guy that sued for defamation.

All the filmmakers have to defend is the use of that man’s images in their film. They don’t have to defend the fact that they Deny the results of the election are fair. Having an opinion about an election is not an actionable tort no matter how badly you may want to be.

Of course, you know that. You realize you’re wrong and you’re just grasping at straws.

I see it has become a last word contest for you. Well, you’re welcome to have it.
Still not sure what the fuck you are babbling about and since you really can't link to it, we will put it down as a crack trip gone bad. Hope you feel better. :itsok:

The cameras were not pointed at many drop boxes. They were set up that way on purpose. And some states lost the videos they had. Imagine that. Like I said, maybe Trump will clear this up. Those names with those numbers will be available forever.

Bullshit. They have 4 million minutes of video. That's 7.6 YEARS of 24/7 video. It's not possible to not catch even one "mule" if anyone was actually doing that.

Not one "mule."

And while there were some boxes not surveilled, many, if not most, were. Not one person dropped off a ballot more than once even at the same box that had a camera.

The worst they caught were a couple of dozen people dropping off multiple ballots ONE TIME. And there's no evidence any of those people did anything wrong; just like the one guy who's now suing D'Souza.

None of the nearly two dozen ballot drop-off boxes in my county have surveillance cameras watching them. Also, my state has gone to mail-in ballots along with "motor-voter" so there is even less monitoring of citizen validation to vote in the first place. Nor a secure system to assure the person('citizen') who's name is on the ballot actually did the voting.

Total nonsense of course.

See what the GOP liars have done to your brain? Paranoid delusions.

Conspiracy theorist and former Christian leader Dinesh D’Souza has failed to halt a defamation lawsuit brought against him and others behind the popular election denial film 2000 Mules and defend his widely debunked movie’s supposed evidence in a courtroom.

U.S. District Judge Steven D. Grimberg said last month he will allow the lawsuit against D’Souza and True the Vote to move forward.

The film, which aired on Christian TV networks and was shown in hundreds of churches, argues that human “mules” harvested 400,000 fake ballots to steal the 2020 election from its rightful winner, Donald Trump.

But one of the 2,000 alleged mules says he wasn’t stuffing ballot boxes all over Black areas of Atlanta, but merely depositing votes from his wife and children in a drop box, which is perfectly legal.

D’Souza and others also used video and photos of Allen in promotional appearances on Christian and conservative media outlets, including Tucker Carlson’s former show on Fox News, which earlier this year paid its own whopping defamation fine.

Andrews claims he and his family have suffered threats and many other harms. He sued D’Souza along with Salem Media Group, which helped finance the film, Regnery Publishing, and Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips of the group True the Vote, which promotes election conspiracies, and is facing a separate lawsuit.

Looks like the chickens are coming home to roost for these liars. Let's see if he pays up or like Giuliani, he claims bankruptcy.
Hindu Dindu

That fake patriot is responsible for the annoying and retarded anachronism that the Democrats used to be on the side of White people and never should be forgiven for that. It's in a screed called "Hillary's America," which says little about Ms Rodham, especially about her revealing HeirHead background and that she was originally a Goldwater Girl who never changed her Snob-Rule politics.

Still does not explain the traffic at those early hours of the morning going the same places repeatably.

Because it is a propaganda film deliberately falsifying to gain a pollical and monetary gain through deliberate deception.
No where near as much deliberately falsifying to gain politically or engage deliberate deception as the bogus claims of Trump collusion with 'Russia" to win(steal) the 2016 election from her highness Hillary, as paid for via the fabricated Steel Dossier. :(

Traffic doesn't matter since cell phone pings only show proximity. They don't show activity. That's why the videos were absolutely critical in proving their claims. The value of the cell phone pings was only to make it easy to find the video.

They couldn't do that. They failed. Miserably. That's why they told a court they don't have proof of their claims to present. That's why they proved there were no "mules."

They told the court the evidence had to be viewed the proper way. The court refused to have that done. One more time. those people (the mules) can be identified the state of GA. refuses to do it. Trump, hopefully, will get that done.

When the regime drags filmmakers into court to defend their art, you know you're living in a banana republic.

Liar. They told the court they had no evidence to support their claims.
