Once again, I think you've completely missed the point. It's not about recording them, it's about a state governor encouraging his constituency to go against federal officers trying to uphold federal law, he's condoning their behavior. I thought we were a nation of laws, and that we didn't go to combat against one another, we supposedly voted for the people that mirrored what we thought law and policy should be. If you want the US to have no borders, allow anyone and everyone to cross at will, then vote in like-minded people and have them pass laws to make it happen. Until then, the federal government is charged with immigration control, and is legally within its rights to capture and deport people that have come here illegally.
This bullshit of allowing elected officials, who are charged with upholding the law, to publicly and intentionally do the opposite in order to cause chaos and upheaval for the opposing party has got to stop, or we will end up in civil war again. When will we hear him get up and publicly call for the removal of US borders and US sovereignty, that's what he (and the left) is really advocating for, yet he'll never have the balls to actually say it.
