Why would who want something that is 36 trillion in debt? It's not like either one of them are marrying the country and are then responsible for the debts of their "partner".

Read the title of the OP. How can you drain a treasury that is 36 trillion in debt---its already empty. Biden did his best to drain it and give it to Ukraine---"10% for the big guy?

After all of this time, you all haven't figured out that what they ultimately want is control of the purse strings?

Congress controls the purse strings. And yes because of democrat stupidity and pettiness, both houses and the executive branch are in conservative control. Things like "gender studies in Pakistan" and the Green New Deal and phony Inflation Reduction bills that send money to Ukraine won't be happening. The Paris climate accord won't be draining our treasury. NATO will be paying their fair share and I wouldn't be surprised if we saw the US default on UN obligations---and if luck is with us they'll boot the UN out of the country.

And before you start categorizing others as being "losers" what exactly is it that you think you've personally won?

I have personally won a return to sanity in this country and every other voter that rejected democrat insanity gained peace of mind. Welcome to MAGA. Tissue?
