Did the USSR have property taxes?

A quick Google search claims “No, the USSR did not have property taxes..”

Does anyone know though for sure whom can speak about it based upon facts/what they know..? Or internet sources?

I found a site that has thee property laws of the Soviet Union, but it looks long, boring, and kinda complicated to read..

Well if anyone has thee time, patience, and understanding to read through all that, and give cliff notes or something, well then you are a special somebody that probably deserves a reward..

(I’m unemployed though at the moment, so I unfortunately wouldn’t be able to CashApp you money for being such a good participant on this site, if you gave cliffs. Tbh.. With all due respect.)

But anyways, does anyone know for sure though that thee Soviet Union didn’t have property taxes? Google says they didn’t, Google said the USSR assigned housing to people though..
