Did MAGA Rig the election?

Where you said the riot was to stop the certification of the election
You started this thread with the false assumption that we the trumpers tried to stop the certification of the election. That was not true it was a lie

I know exactly what Insurrection means:

in·sur·rec·tion
/ˌinsəˈrekSH(ə)n/
a violent uprising against an authority or government.

Didn't need to overthrow the entire government. It was exactly a violent uprising against the transfer of power. It threatened our elected leaders and stopped operations, defaced our capital, injured officers.... It doesn't get any more insurrection than that.

I also know exactly what Sedition means which is the same thing as insurrection but more and something that multiple people were prosecuted for:

sedition. noun. se·di·tion si-ˈdi-shən. : the crime of creating a revolt, disturbance, or violence against lawful civil authority with the intent to cause its overthrow or destruction compare criminal syndicalism, sabotage.
More bullshit, and this is the kind of nonsense that cost the Democrats the election. It was clearly not a violent uprising, it was a protest and some of the members of the protest went too far, but it is a transparent lie to characterize the whole protest as a violent uprising. American voters understood this and dismissed your ridiculous mischaracterization of the Jan 6 protest.

So you think that he is correct? Why were you too much of a coward to hazard an estimate?
So what happened to your claim about only a couple thousand votes coming in? Even your fellow conservative says that there are a lot more votes coming in, much more than a couple thousand.

You’re arguing that she will end up with 13 to 15 million fewer votes than Biden when she’s currently around 12 million less and they’re still counting. LoL

Notice how we aren't hearing any claims of cheating or challenging the legitimacy of the election? It's noteworthy to look at some of the differences between the last few elections.

When Trump lost he called the Dems cheaters, claimed he won and the election was rigged. He refused to concede and respect the democratic process. It led to a riot at the capital that tried to stop the certification of the election.

Look at how the Dems are reacting to this election. They are reflecting on what they got wrong, trying to understand what happened and how they can adjust. There is plenty of crumbs to go after the "Cheating" narrative if they want. One of Trumps key "rigged" claims in 2020 had to do with Social Media companies working with the gov to give favor to the Dems. Well Trump had Elon the owner of X "Twitter" giving out a million dollars a day for people to register to vote and then he followed up by flooding his platform with MAGA talking points. This is something the Dems could focus on to claim an unfair advantage but it is nowhere near the top of the headlines.

Last points, I think the Dems do need to chill out now and give Trump a chance. He won by a substantial amount of votes and our democracy has handed him mandate to pursue his agenda. Not to say Dems need to agree with everything, debate and negotiation is necessary, but do so in good faith and not overpoliticized obstruction which has become the norm in Washington.

For the Republicans, a little humility would be helpful. Imagine for a second that Trump was a Dem pushing a leftist agenda. Using his same dishonest, bully tactics. You all would be losing your minds and the words dictator and commies would be in every talking point. Y'all need to mellow out as well and guide Trump in a better direction instead of enabling every ugly impulse to crush political enemies. We are one country in this together. Let's start acting like it.

Understand that truth has no special place in the MAGA world, Whether something is true or not is a minor technicality. It is whether a claim benefits the Trump narrative that matters.

This disdain for truth becomes all the more perverse when you consider how many "Christians" voted for him, this is how we know such people are fakers.

Anyone can speak like Trump, I can likely do it better than most of his admirers here, why not give it a shot? hit me with some claim about how bad the Democrats are or Biden is and I'll respond as Trump does to such challenges, it's dead easy.

Lying is easy and that's why Trump does it.

I agree, we should be nice, but good luck with that. Had Harris won, every lefty here would be sticking their thumbs in the eyes of all the righty’s, and talking about how good it will be when trump is in prison.

I mean, this is politics these days, and there’s going to be a lot of payback wanted, for the 9 years of lawfare that the left tried on Trump.

We SHOULD come together, but it’s not likely to happen.

Why were you such a coward as to make an estimate? LOL, you act as if you know so much about it but yet you don't know anything about it. You just know I was incorrect when I said 13 million votes and it may still turn out that way. You just don't know, that's obvious LOL

How much is she lagging by right now, you fucking idiot? Lmao

Go on. Show us your calculations and you might learn something again.
She's lagging like 12 million dumbass LMAO

Wrong, Herr Slade. You passive aggressive and sanctimonious bullshit won’t work any longer. You have been exposed.
I don't know what imaginary game you think we are playing but this is pretty damn basic. Its a discussion forum. Questions are asked and perceptions are shared. You can either engage or troll. You have decided to troll because you think I'm playing some kind of game. Thats your choice. I personally don't think that choice demands any kind of respect. Making solid arguments and being direct warrants respect, even I disagree with what is said. But thats just me. You do you

He also wouldn't say whether he thought it was possible that Joe Biden got 81 million votes. He was the one who needed to put in the work to refute my argument but he refused to do that. Lazy
Thats between you two. But the post I jumped in on was pretty straight forward where he posted facts and you responded by saying uneducated opinions... That certainly was not what that post was. Do you understand the numbers now? How the 15 Million became 13 Million is shrinking by the day... I believe it is now at 12M.

I started this thread commenting on how both sides reacted to losing an election. The Jan 6 stuff came up later... and certainly yes, a rally called Stop the Steal, followed by a march to the capital that led to a riot, destruction of property, hospitalization of police officers and the delay in the the certification ceremony was absolutely what happened. Multiple people were even prosecuted for Sedition. So yes, Trumpers did try and stop the certification of the election. Most by using their voices and many be taking illegal and violent action.

Many people went too far as they broke into the capital, stopped the certification ceremony, made leader evacuate, hospitalized police officers, and defaced the house of Congress. That is a violent uprising any way you cut it. A woman was shot and killed on the floor of congress. We have hours of video of police officers getting crushed, screaming and bleeding. How in the world do you deny that it was violent?

You are playing a game. You’re a sanctimonious and dishonest debater. I stand by this. All jokes and trolling aside.

Yes it is. Not sure how your pedantic view of this arguments relates to your lying ways

We can only be responsible for what we do and what we promote to others. I don't think assumptions of what an opponent "might" do is validation to act in kind. Set a better example.

The Dems right now are setting a better example of how to take a loss. They aren't denying it happened. They are conceding. They are reflecting on what they misunderstood. They are not doing any of the crap that Trump and his team have been doing for the past 4 years that eroded faith in our democracy.

The government took illegal action by attacking the mob, ushering them into the house and instigating the violence. Political prisoners have been taken and held. It was a protest for what was perceived as a stolen election. We had the right to do that. You don't have a right to lie about it

Democrats don't have a choice, it was a landslide. Believe me they are looking into it however.
