The sad part is, if the democrats would just do a half-decent job of running the country and choose a half-decent candidate, they would win these elections hands down. But they don't. It was certainly a factor but several different things added up. With an assassin's bullet narrowly missing killing Trump, and I'm not saying that elected Trump, the Universe or God, or whatever you want to call it, the stars were just aligned in Trump's favor this year. But, I don't believe Trump would have won but for the Democrats's help in so many different ways. They elected Trump.
