Meantime, a dolt Democrat, a U.S. Senator from Maryland, wants to bring Garcia home. Uh, he is home Senator, in El Salvador.

Democrats spending more time on one MS-13 illegal alien than on ALL the Americans raped and murdered by illegals. Sickening.

Prepared
Now it’s on President of another nation
The dim bulb grandstander will likely enact his dog and pony show to get arrested and draw further virtue attention

Sending someone, on flimsy evidence, to notorious foreign prison known for torture deserves attention. This person did not murder any of those people nor any one else.

President Burkele has made El Salvador one of the world's safest cities. Gangs are not tolerated and neither are their members. We have more gangs here than in El Savador.

You left out the part that shows that he's illegal...and two courts said that he was a gang member.

You support those who are gang members. That's a 20/80 split, retard.

This is fake news.

So, they are fulling in compliance with the USSC's ruling.

Why is Judge Xinis trying to revert back to her original ruling that the USSC repudiated?

The judge last week ordered Republican President Donald Trump's administration to provide her with daily updates about the steps it was taking to get him back. On Tuesday, she said the administration had not given her any information of value about what it had done.

"There will be no tolerance for gamesmanship or grandstanding," said Xinis, an appointee of Democratic President Barack Obama. "To date, what the record shows is that nothing has been done. Nothing."

At the same time, the judge said she was not ordering the administration to ask El Salvador's government to return Abrego Garcia - even though she called its refusal to ask for his release "stunning."

She is seriously "stunned" that the president of the United States does not conduct foreign policy based on the whims of an obscure low-level district court judge?

Democrats, why is she not simply ordering the president to ask for Abrego's return? Anyone? Anyone?

BQ: Why is Judge Xinis trying to walk back a ruling the Supreme Court already struck down?

  • She is signaling political resistance in a symbolic gesture.

BQ: Why isn't she just ordering the President to request Abrego’s return?

  • Because she would like the symbolic gesture to create a response that allows her to force an appeal, this time with a different framing.

The State Department now has El Salvador as safer than France, Italy, or the UK.
Met a parent of a student my wife works with in HEB. He had just returned from El Salvador (he's Irish American, there for his job). He said it's a beautiful country and he loves it there. "It's safe because they lock the dangerous ones up."

I guess.

Lower courts refusing to follow guidance from the USSC? Sounds like a sure-fire Constitutional Crises!

imo

It's not going anywhere since it's political resistance from a sitting judge, one who is leftist and comfortable with being the center of the decision-making and is failing miserably so all it's really useful for is narrative messaging and requests for donations.

Now the bitch in a dirty black robe has ordered sworn depositions. I hope the Fourth Circuit tells her to f-off and save SCOTUS the bother.

I say let them spend their money on failed lawfare since it serves to grow an 70/30 non-poltical base regarding illegals.

And it pisses the America haters, like Coyote off.

That's a plus in and of itself.

District Courts are simply a creation of Congress. Obviously, they should have no power over the President, who is a creation of the Constitution.

But this is where we are at in America 2025; what the left has brought us to.
