With massive corruption of the Federal, State and Local governments in the USA, I was surprised to see an illegal alien foreign national deported even once. I see hundreds of illegal aliens everywhere here in Florida and nobody even tries to deport anyone. Every state is New Mexico to them and they could not care less about so-called law enforcement ...

This is the kind of stupid shit that prevents meaningful immigration changes to happen. Because one person saying something like this is going to cause every other rational effort to secure the borders to be equated with racism, hatred, etc.

That's because we have too many people who refuse to make a distinction between LEGAL and ILLEGAL immigration.

Most of us don't have a major problem with LEGAL immigrants, so long as they are willing to roll up their sleeves and make something of themselves rather than just taking from the system; as our own ancestors did when they came here from a myriad of different places.

What we do have an issue with, and want to see stopped is ILLEGAL immigration. Those people who for whatever reason are unwilling to abide by the system... in many cases because they know they won't (and shouldn't) be allowed to enter the US legally.

We need to learn from the history of the American Indians and stop our internal bickering over the topic before we, the legal American citizens, end up as the last of our kind, stuffed into reservations while these new invaders take over.
