Denzel Washington received his minister's license as the 69-year-old movie star takes on a new role in life.

Washington was baptized by Archbishop Christopher Bryant at the Kelly Temple in New York City on Saturday.

"It took a while, but I'm finally here...If [God] can do this for me, there's nothing He can't do for you," Washington said, according to Bryant. "The sky literally is the limit."

This is such good news. I hope he runs fast with the Bible and it's teachings. He did confess that the Hollywood life caused him to drink a lot of the bad spirits than he would have liked to, so his confession is good. Now it's time for him to get to work for the Lord.

I have the Bible version of Denzel and his wife Pauletta reading the book of Song of Solomon. They did a really good job.

I believe God has a calling on Jamie Fox's life. Jammie keeps going in the wrong directions. God heals him, he runs right back to the secular world on stage with silly jokes, gets in a fight, gets hit in the mouth. How ironic... using his mouth for the wrong things and God lets him get hit in it.

The only film with him in it that I have seen is the one named John Q. To me, it was good stuff. I pray that all goes well for him as a minister. Does this mean that he has no plans to continue being in the film making world?
