As it should be ... Oregon state tax dollars can be used to enforce State Criminal Code ... and once convicted we can hold them until the Feds show up to deport them ... that's not what "sanctuary" means ...

State tax dollars can't be used to enforce what is strictly Federal Laws ... like immigration ... petty theft, murder, pooping in public violates State Laws ... and ALL NAMES are sent to ICE ... if ICE is silent, they'll be released when State Law allows ...

What's a gotaway? ... do you think the Federal Government is too stupid to know what "failure to appear" is ... that's a crime here in Oregon, one will get their ass' arrested and thrown in jail ... and then deported if ICE shows up ...

Why not have the asylum hearing there at the border, when the immigrate comes and requests it? ... or change the asylum laws, maybe it's just Republicans that are too stupid to know what "failure to appear" means ...
