North Korean state media reports the country's policy is that denuclearisation "is a 'pipe dream' which can never be realised".

What do you think, should this be allowed?
My vote is 'no way - if necessary we would eventually take down their nuke weapons program by force'.

The India-Pakistan Solution

Give nukes to South Korea and Japan. End of threat, and we can take all our military out of the Pacific Rim, saving trillions. Let those parasitic pacifist countries finally defend themselves. They all can actually form an alliance with North Korea if they're so paranoiac about China.

The dirty little secret is that NK wouldn't have nuclear capability if it wasn't for Bill Clinton. Clinton thought he would win a Nobel Prize by civilizing NK and he gave or sold nuclear technology what was alleged to be used for nuclear reactors. There would be no NK if it wasn't for the duel incompetence of MacArthur and Truman who managed to grasp defeat from the jaws of victory during the Korean conflict.

So in effect, combined with Palestine, or what's left of it rather, AND eastern-europe, NATO and their lapdogs the EU create their own geopolitical problems.
I sure hope it's by accident!

North Korea loves their isolation. I say let's help them by disconnecting from them in every way. Ignore openly that they exist but keep an eye on them.

North Korea owning nukes is like a person strolling through a black ghetto with hundred-dollar bills sticking out of their pockets, a recipe for self-destruction.

North Korea is an ally of Russia. They even participating in their Special Military Operation against Ukraine. There is no way that Russia might allow US aggression against them. Therefore war with North Korea means a war with Russia. War, that the USA can't win.

There was a nice movie about it:

No. We have reasons for "hubris & grandstanding". We are number one, but we are humble, modest and pretty reasonable. We are not demanding denuclearisation neither of the USA, nor of Britain or France. Not yet.

Your form of government is anything but reasonable. Dissent and demonstrations are violently struck down for instance.
And just curious; how long before that 'not yet' expires?

Mostly depends on your behaviour. More provocative you are - more reasons to eliminate your nukes we have.

That it has been 8 years since North Korea detonated a nuke, one has to wonder if they are still capable of building another.
