I got some info on charitable contributions
First, Bush vs. Kerry - this is a anti-Kerry flash program about taxes. The info pertinent to my argument is the reporting on charitible contributions by both President Bush (as a private citizen) and John Kerry. You have to sit through a bit, but Bush is clearly the more generous of the two.
Second, The 2003 Generosity Index as compiled by The Glenn Beck Program (Google "generosity index" for the full report). It is conveniently divided into red and blue states.
