So if idiot Democrats don't mail there ballots in time and place a tracking code on it and it doesn't make it n time they can sue and drag out electoral process.
One more way to allow stuffing of the ballot box... Dems have no shame..

No state can have uni9versal voting if they have not passed a bill to allow it in the state and only a very few(5 states) allow it.

It says nothing in the act that allows universal mail ballot voting.

So the Democrats are planning to grant the USPS $25,000,000,000,000.00 in federal endowment funds and then they're turning around and opening it up to civil liability.

So other Democrats, trial lawyers from the American Association for Justice, ("justice.org," no, not the young girls clothing brand,) are no doubt making off with the big bucks, and the mail still isn't coming on time, because the labor bosses at the post office have ordered the sorting machines disconnected, and spent federal money on government patents, blockchain encryption snake oil, private no-bid contracts, and proprietary software boondoggles.

How are they opening up USPS to civil liability? Can you explain it since the Representative couldn't?
