All of the government is funded except for DHS and democrats will hold firm on this and get what they want because if this part of the government shuts down, they get what they want. The illegal alien vote is critical as we see with nearly 75% of democrats being positive toward allowing illegals to vote and establishing sanctuary locations at the polls. The democrats being violently opposed to voter ID puts them in a position to drastically increase voter fraud in their favor.

If Democrats force Trump to spend $10B this year from the BBB budget it is as good as retroactively cutting it by $10B. Trump has no leverage after the midterms. He can shut down the government himself over the House spending bill they put together.
