Floyd had 2 autopsies, one by a doctor selected by Chauvin's lawyer, and both autopsies found that Floyd was murdered by blood flow being stopped to the brain, by pressure on the carotid artery. They can tell because there would be clotted block backed up behind the blockage, but nothing after the blockage.

Anyone claiming Floyd died from drugs or heart damage, is lying.
