Heck, I even worked for them. Now market capitalization at only $15.85 Billion, making it the 1466th most valuable company globally. Decline takes a long, long time to go from #1 to 1466.

I understand. But, my opinion on grand juries, is a skilled prosecutor can often get a grand jury indictment, based on selective presentation to the grand jury, and lack of defense. This is how harassing charges get as far as they do before getting kicked out by a judge at trial level or appellate.
