Democrats High Speed Rail - $170M per Mile

Are there any projections that quantify the benefits of the railway over 10-20 years etc? I'm kind of curious about what they expect to get out of it.

Tell us how many will wait half hour at the train station to go to Bakersfield when the drive takes 20 minutes. Then you need a rental car.

End the program and you’ll put thousands and thousands of construction workers out of a job.

Nobody has any idea why anyone would take this train, except in the dark twisted minds of Leftists who plan on outlawing cars and forcing you to take their bus everywhere.
