I have worked a few places...10% cut for year(s)....4 days pay (32 hours) but strongly suggested to come in Friday and "get ahead" in a tough market......"annual layoffs" (no notice)...jobs sent overseas........HIB workers start to show up......on and on and on.

nobody ever gave us any "back pay" when things got better.
