The founders were not liberals nor were they conservatives. They were nothing like what we have today. They would have tarred and fathered us all they were small government that would govern by the restraints of the Constitution, not amend them so people could rule by their agenda. No the founders would have tarred and feathered each and everyone of us.

People had the option of suing a company for not providing the services they were paid to provide. With obamacare the legal recourse has been taken out of the equation.

One, Obamacare does not have death care panels. Two, neither does the insurance companies. Three, some way has to be make the insurance companies more responsive. I don't think suing is the way. Perhaps binding arbitration by a government arbiter may be the way to go. Not expensive, keeps the trial lawyers out of the mix.

The term is inappropriate for either side, TM. The definition the triage units on the battle field and field hospitals are death panels when they have to allocate limited resources. The language by both sides is silly.

Jake...both of my folks when they were living were on Medicare.....there were things that they were denied.....the Private Ins. they carried as well (Blue Shield) Covered those things without batting an eye....and they were not some big expensive things.....they were reasonable requests from their Doctors....i think anyone who thinks a Govt run plan wont be "selective" as to whats covered lives in a fools paradise....
