Biden didn't resign. He ceased his reelection campaign. He's still president for the next 6 months or so.

With a signed letter released on his own twitter account, confirmed by his office, confirmed by his VP, with a call in to a campaign event yesterday where he spoke about leaving the race and expressed his support for Kamala.

With a live speech from the Oval Office tomorrow scheduled to discuss the topic. Exactly like he said he would do in the letter on the 21st.
