I don't think it was Fetterman's stroke as much as the month he spent in the psych ward. They haven't said what cured him, whether it was medicine or electric shock treatment, but it definitely was beneficial.

It is funny that seemingly the only way to cure a Democrat is to give him or her a lobotomy.
