Except that ICE accuses everyone of being a gang member, and then it turns out they have no gang affiliations whatsoever, and they’ve never been arrested.

This man has not been charged with anything other than entering the country illegally, and has had no criminal record since he arrived.

The judge was doing nothing illegal by having him live on the property, but both having him live on the property and having his daughter give them an access to guns, was extremely ill advised
