The House managers are going by published newspaper accounts quoting Lee. He refutes that. He should enlighten us and see if it passes the smell test.

Rules of evidence require that all exculpatory evidence that could result in exoneration must be shown by the prosecuting attorneys. They hid the full quotes that exonerate Trump and omitted them from their EDITED tape of events.

Attorneys are disbarred and criminally charged for omitting evidence that exonerates a defendant. Now they actually made up lies and placed them in evidence. This should end in mistrial and the whole case being thrown out.... WITH PREDJUDICE. This case should never be allowed to be brought again.
