Good to hear. Can you imagine the outrage when the stimulus benefits run out and the state doesn’t keep pace with benefits provided through the fed. stimulus bill.Ouch.

WEll...given that the conditions imposed on them might actually mean that the Tennesse would go further into debt, that might make perfect sense.

Most states are constitionally NOT allowed to deficiet spend, so if the net effect of this is going to bust their budget, he might have no choice.
